Job Summary

Description

Optimal on behalf of its client an Architectural office is seeking to recruit a motivated and creative Architect Engineer to be based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

Produce 2D architectural drawings across all project phases.
Develop 3D models and visual presentations.
Guide and coordinate the design process.
Monitor project documentation budgets and schedules.

Qualifications:

Degree (Diploma/Masters) in Architecture.
Fluency in Greek & English.
5 years of experience in design & project management.
Previous involvement in large-scale projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D AutoCAD Adobe Suite MS Office.
Knowledge of Revit and/or BIM coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with Greek Planning Regulations (NOK)
Organizational skills and team spirit personality
