We are looking for a Candidate Services Advisor to join our team.


Role Summary


As a Candidate Services Advisor (Administration) you will provide outstanding administrative services for existing and prospective candidates providing a platform to help them create success. You will manage all administrative duties and during busy periods support the First Line Support team with their core activities.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Operations Team Leader who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

You will be a proactive and personable team player who is driven to provide service excellence. Youll be comfortable in a customer-focused environment and have the ability to manage a significant workload.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of working within a customer-focused environment (preference would be from a call centre environment)

  • The ability to manage a significant workload effectively

  • Driven to provide excellence in service and a desire to make a difference

  • Personable and able to build rapport easily with candidates and colleagues

  • Demonstratable proficiency with core digital productivity suites (e.g. Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms

  • A genuine curiosity for and willingness to explore new technologies particularly in the areas of AI and automation

  • The ability to identify manual or repetitive tasks and think critically about how technology including AI tools could be used to streamline processes and remove complexity

  • The ability to articulate problems clearly to AI tools (e.g. writing effective prompts) to generate useful outputs and critically evaluate those outputs for accuracy and relevance

Kaplan is a provider of world-leading professional 2018 we were appointed as the independent assessment organisation for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) which we then launched in 2021. This exam is now the sole route to qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales and will ultimately be taken by upwards of 13000 candidates per year.

Working Arrangements


This role is a hybrid position with approximately 40%-60% of your time based in our office or assessment delivery venue and the rest at your home. You may also be required to travel and spend time away from home during our assessments.
