- 制定並推動客戶數位轉型計畫以提升業務效率和創新能力
- 與客戶高層管理人員合作識別數位技術帶來的商業機會
2.團隊管理與成長
- 帶領和激勵團隊促進專業發展和績效提升
- 建立高效的工作流程確保顧問服務的高質量交付
3.業務發展與營收責任
- 負責部門的業務發展和營收目標的達成
- 與潛在客戶和合作夥伴建立並維持良好關係
4.顧問交付質量保證
- 確保所有顧問服務符合公司標準和客戶期望
- 監控項目進度和資源使用及時解決問題
學歷與經驗要求
- 商業管理資訊管理或相關領域的大學及以上學歷
- 至少10年相關顧問工作經驗具備領導數位轉型銷售或研發團隊的經驗
技能與能力
- 優秀的戰略思維和商業洞察力
- 出色的溝通能力與人際關係技巧
- 熟悉數位技術及其在商業應用中的實踐
領導力
- 能夠激勵和引導團隊達成目標
- 良好的問題解決能力和決策能力
