The Operations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and supporting global infrastructure technology solutions with a strong focus on automation systems monitoring and ensuring reliable supportable operations. This position also involves active participation in IT projects providing technical support and consulting with other IT team members.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate independent judgment and possess the technical expertise to analyze operational issues interpret problems and apply established procedures to resolve them effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and triage tickets generated by global system and network monitoring following best practices and documented knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with Global Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles in partnership with Infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Associate degree (2 years) or bachelors degree (4 years) in systems administration or a related computer field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume ticket environment.
- 2 years of IT operations experience.
- 2 years of system and network administration experience.
