- Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware software and basic network issues).
- Assist with installation configuration and maintenance of laptops meeting rooms and mobile devices.
- Support IT ticketing system by logging tracking and resolving user incidents.
- Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals in our Krakow office.
- Collaborate with our senior IT staff on projects such as system upgrades for our meeting technology
- Document solutions and create user-friendly guides for common issues.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Computer Science Information Technology or related field).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS) and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi LAN VPN).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Available 20 hours / week at least 3 days in the office / week. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
- Active student status is mandatory for the duration of the contract.
