Our client a highly respected and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Law Senior Associate to join their thriving Maidstone office. This is a rare chance to play a central role in high-value transactions work closely with Partners and help drive the continued expansion of a dynamic and ambitious team recognised for excellence and innovation.
The Role: Make Your Mark on Major Corporate Deals
As a Senior Associate youll be instrumental in leading complex corporate M&A transactions and supporting the further growth of the team. Youll enjoy autonomy to manage your own deals mentor junior colleagues and work collaboratively with Partners on a wide range of matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate transactionsincluding M&A reorganisations and joint ventures
- Advise clientson company law governance and commercial agreements
- Support business developmentand contribute to client relationship management
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyerswithin the team
- Collaborate with Partnerson high-value and complex matters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends
What Were Looking For: Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 610 years PQEin Corporate Law ideally with a focus on M&A
- Strong technical expertisein corporate transactions and company law
- Excellent commercial awarenessand client relationship skills
- Proven abilityto manage complex matters and lead deal teams
- Proactive collaborative approachwith a passion for mentoring others
- Experience with business development is highly desirable
