Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans timelines milestones and resources.
- Coordinate stakeholders facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication.
- Conduct process analysis workflow mapping and gap assessments.
- Identify risks create mitigation strategies and monitor issues throughout the project.
- Prepare progress reports project documentation and communications.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support future-state process definition.
- Lead stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and improvement insights.
- Support development of workflow maps recommendations and RFP documentation.
Job Requirements
- Extensive project management experience ideally in public sector or emergency response environments.
- Strong skills in workflow mapping process analysis and gap analysis.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- Excellent documentation communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to develop recommendations based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
