Location: NovaCare in Washington D.C.
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $95000
Incentives: Up to $20000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center on K Street is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Outpatient Center Manager. This is a treating leadership role ideal for physical therapists with at least two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians employers payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
