Job Summary

Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in their final years of University for a three-month internship in the Antitrust department of the Milan office from January 2026.

The Antitrust team advises leading corporates and financial institutions on the most complex and challenging Antitrust matters and regularly defends clients before the Italian Competition Authority the European Commission as well as Italian and European Courts.

A very good knowledge of English both spoken and written is essential together with excellent interpersonal organisational and planning skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • research
  • supporting due diligence processes and data room entry
  • assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
