For our Global Headquarters inMilanAmplifon is looking for a talented person to join ourGlobal Treasury teamwithin our Financedepartment.

Youll be in charge of:

As part of the Global Treasury Team within the Global Finance Department the intern will contribute actively from day one collaborating on tasks such as:

• Managing the Group Operating Cash Flow analysing deviations vs previous periods and preparing the 90-day rolling forecast in collaboration with Regions and Subsidiaries.

• Supporting initiatives to maximize Group Cash Flow generation leveraging working capital management tools such as Factoring Reverse Factoring and Confirming Solutions and helping subsidiaries in fully utilize them.

• Identifying and implementing new financial tools or working capital solutions together with the team and partner banks.

• Assisting in identifying Forex risks and defining hedging strategies.

• Supporting treasury accounting activities including bank reconciliations interest verification accruals and day-to-day banking operations (payments bank statements electronic banking).

• Helping to improve treasury systems and technology platforms.

• Contributing to the preparation of the Notes to Financial Statements related to Finance & Treasury.

• Managing relations with external auditors and collaborating with internal and local functions.

• Handling bank guarantees.

• Supporting Italian shops on treasury-related topics (consumer credit cash deposits POS management).

You are the right person if you:

• Have a degree in Economics Finance or related fields.

• Are fluent in English and interest in working with multicultural teams.

• Have strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Have a high attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
