Key Responsibilities:
The Coordinator Leader and Manager Development for the People & Organisational Capability Team plays a pivotal role in driving the success of leader and manager development initiatives across the Partnership. This position provides strategic coordination and hands-on support to ensure programmes are delivered seamlessly and achieve their intended impact.
This role manages end-to-end coordination of global leadership programmes overseeing timelines logistics and budgets to guarantee smooth delivery. Key responsibilities include scheduling training sessions and providing technical support managing communications supporting participants updating training materials administering leadership tools and resources coordinating budget processes managing databases and co-facilitating training sessions where required.
This role demands strong administrative and project management skills attention to detail sharp thinking and a proactive mindset. The coordinator must communicate and collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the Partnership while managing multiple priorities and contributing to the delivery of leadership development offerings that strengthen World Visions leadership capability.

Major Responsibilities
Leadership Programme Management and Coordination (40%)
Provide administration and project management for leadership development programmes including cohort and venue management tool administration (e.g. Leadership 360s Insights reports) participation monitoring and evaluation.
Manage programme data and ensure programmes are on track.
Assist in updating learning materials including eLearning content participant manuals and training resources.
Facilitate course delivery especially virtual programmes.
Provide logistical support to cohort participants throughout the programme lifecycle.
Collaborate with external partners (e.g. coaches) if needed to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Leader and Manager Development Team Administration and Project Management (30%)
Manage team administration including scheduling team and project meetings preparing agendas and tracking of action items.
Track and report on projects using tools like MS Planner to monitor progress and identify issues.
Implement communications plans for key stakeholders and maintain Sharepoint sites.
Monitor and coordinate budget processes and reporting.
Administration of Leader and Manager Development Tools and Resources (20%)
Serve as administrator for leadership development tools and resources including Insights Discovery Leadership 360s Lencioni Korn Ferry Agility Assessment and Alliance and Multipliers Training providing support to accredited practitioners.
Collaborate with other P&C teams to share information on programme participation and tool usage.
Make recommendations based on data assessments for programme participation and resource usage.
Assist team members in deploying resources and tools effectively and track their uptake.
Collect and analyse survey data to make recommendations for future development steps.
Coordinate and assess programme effectiveness analysis.
P&OC Contribution (10%)
Stay updated on industry trends developments and best practices in leadership development and organisational learning.
Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships to enhance programmes generate ideas and facilitate innovation and applied learning.
Required Education and experience
Accredited Degree in one or more of the following: Business Management Education/Professional Education and Training; HR/Human Resource Development; Organisational Development; Communications/Interpersonal Communications.
Professional expertise in coordination and support of global programme design and delivery preferably with experience in P&C Learning or Development or Organisational Development.
Minimum 3 years of experience providing logistical support and coordination to teams preferably around global programmes or meetings.
Professional expertise in coordination and support of global programme design and delivery preferably with experience in Leadership Development Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
Successfully held roles with responsibility for instructional design and programme maintenance specifically in the learning and development area.
Experience working with web-based learning platforms.
Proven collaborator coupled with experience in team support and coordination.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively across cultures and all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in MS Office suite project management tools and learning management systems.
Preferred Experience Knowledge and/or other Qualifications
Clear and positive Christian faith commitment and capacity to provide leadership and guidance in this area and to ensure WVs Christian Identity is woven into the work delivered.
Strong administration and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge and passion for adult learning theory and practice.
Proven track record of organising and coordinating programmes for diverse groups of individuals.
Keen attention to details.
Proactive mindset with willingness to recognise what needs to be done and take initiative to follow through.
Client relationship skills customer service orientation and ministry mindset.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships desirable.
