  • Responsibilities:
    Lead and support the design configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
    o Discovery
    o Service Mapping
    o Event Management
    o Cloud Management
    Customize and configure ServiceNow components using Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and UI Policies
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and align ITOM capabilities with business needs
    Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with CMDB ITSM and third-party monitoring tools
    Perform health checks gap analyses and optimizations of current ITOM implementations
    Assist in the creation of technical documentation design artifacts and test plans
    Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues
    Stay current with the latest ServiceNow platform updates releases and best practices
    Support presales and scoping efforts if required
  • Mandatory Skills Description:
    10-12 years of IT experience with at least 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow specifically in ITOM modules
    Strong technical expertise in:
    o Discovery & MID Server deployment
    o Service Mapping & CMDB architecture
    o Event Management and integrations
    Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) Flow Designer and Integration Hub
    Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts and CMDB design
    Experience working in Agile environments
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and manage client interactions
  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
    Preferred Certifications:
    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
    Preferred Skills:
    Work on leading-edge ServiceNow ITOM projects
