Responsibilities

As our Chief Financial Officer you will guide Intelic through a critical phase of rapid growth from high-performing start-up to category-defining European scale-up. You build the financial foundation that allows us to move fast scale internationally and operate with discipline and resilience. You shape our long-term financial strategy and become a trusted partner to the CEO the MT and our investors ensuring that Intelic grows responsibly sustainably and with ambition.

• Serve as the strategic financial leader during our scale-up phase partnering closely with the CEO and MT.

• Own long-term financial strategy including capital allocation cashflow strategies scenario planning/forecasts international expansion and profitability pathways.

• Lead fundraising strategy (series A and beyond and non-dilutive) prepare data rooms and own investor narrative together with the CEO.

• Manage investor relations with current and future shareholders; deliver clear updates forecasts and board materials.

• Build an efficient Finance and Backoffice team (including FP&A accounting controlling revenue assurance).

• Establish financial governance risk management tax and compliance frameworks aligned with our rapid growth.

What You Will Bring

You are a strategic business CFO with deep experience in scaling technology companies building trust with investors and shaping financial strategy in high-growth environments.

This includes:

• Finance leadership experience ideally in a scale-up or product-led tech company.

• Proven experience in fundraising investor relations and board-level communication.

• Ability to connect financial strategy directly to product market development and operational execution.

• Experience with international contracting compliance and revenue models in B2B/B2G environments is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP tax law and IFRS compliance.

• Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus).

• Providing leadership during periods of transformation scaling or financial restructuring
