A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services at PwC offers an exceptional opportunity to help clients strengthen their security posture through practical hands-on implementation of robust security solutions. Our cybersecurity team in the Baltics is expanding and we are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect.This role focuses on working directly with Clients to define and deliver security solutions across multiple domains and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry best-practice frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
SolutionDesignDelivery and Compliance:
Design and hands-on implementation of security solutions across key cybersecurity domains such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) network security cloud security and data security.
Contribute to vulnerability management hardening and incident response activities.
Execute compliance programs aligned with ISO 27001 NIST CSF andregulatoryframeworkssuch as NIS2 and DORA.
Support auditsmaturityassessments and remediation activities.
Advisoryand Business Development:
Contribute to proposals and help craft compelling client-focused security solutions.
Support pre-sales activities bydemonstratingtechnical capabilities and solution approaches.
Providepractical guidance on implementing security best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proventrack recordin cybersecurity roles with strong focus on solution implementation and technical delivery.
Prior consulting experience or exposure to client-facing projects is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in at least one technicalsecurity domain such asIAM cloud security network security or penetration testing.
Experienceapplying andimplementing security frameworks (e.g.ISO 27001 NIST CSF) compliance engagementsand operational security principles in real-world environments.
Familiarity with modern security architectures and Zero Trustprinciples.
Certifications:
CISSP CISMCISAor equivalent preferred accompanied bytechnical certifications (e.g. Azure Security ArchitectOSCPCCNP or vendor-specific certifications).
Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities technical acumen andstrong communicationskills.
Proficiencyin English is; knowledge of local language is considered a significant advantage.
Ability to understand client needs deliver tailored solutions and build trusted relationships that drive business value.
Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from4000 to6000 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications skills and performance.
