Your Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects taking ownership of tasks delegating effectively and ensuring project success
• With your consulting expertise youll confidently lead workshops actively shape solutions and ensure smooth processes and outstanding results
• Acting as a trusted advisor youll build lasting client relationships and contribute to proposals effort estimations and presales activities
• Provide expert support for both standard and complex issues via ticketing tools
• Active involvement in project planning effort estimation and time management
• Early identification of risks and development of effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinating test management from test cases to go-live
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to drive seamless collaboration and execution
• Mentor and guide junior consultants or client team members

Your Experience and Skills

• 3 years of knowledge and work experience in any SAP SuccessFactors module/s as implementation consultant Qualtrics SAP Payroll global enterprise HRIS and integrations
• At least one certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module/s SAP payroll
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or design technical solutions and provide exceptional customer support
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong technical expertise configuration tech documentation XML business rule functions and formulas if conditions and experience designing and delivering technical solutions
• Experience providing customer support via phone or ticketing tools along with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelors or Master University degree in IT HR systems management business administration or analytics
• Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients
