Position: Escrow Officer
Location: San Antonio TX
Assignment: ASAP start - 3/31/2026 (with a chance to be extended)
Schedule: Monday - Friday Business Shift hours 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $26.11 hourly paid weekly.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Escrow Assistant to support our Commercial Escrow department. This role provides administrative and customer service support related to commercial escrow closings. While like Residential Escrow Assistant functions this position supports larger and more complex commercial transactions.
You will assist in clearing title issues preparing escrow files for closing drafting escrow documents and supporting Escrow Officers in both daily workflow and business development initiatives. This position may also provide work direction to other escrow support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the Commercial Escrow department
- Assist in clearing title and preparing escrow files for closing
- Prepare a variety of escrow documents including wraps assignments mobile home filings and simple closing statements
- Support Escrow Officers with customer inquiries and business development activities
- Coordinate and review transaction file documentation for accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service to clients lenders brokers and internal partners
- Offer guidance and work direction to escrow support staff as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of escrow assistant experience (commercial or complex residential required)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with more complicated residential or commercial transactions
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment
- 100% onsite
- LOA coverage
- Possible extension based on business needs
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology
