Job Summary

Valley View hospital is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for training of all new staff including Communication Coordinators Access Professionals insurance verification cancer center and night access personnel.
Capable of completing and working all functions of the Patient Access Professional.
Will provide continuing education to all staff members as needed to minimize errors.
Will develop training guides and update as necessary to keep training up to date.
Accurately maintains quality assurance records to aid/minimize retraining.
Prepares daily reports works and reviews reports and maintains staff compliance in the managers absence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School diploma

AAHAM certification CRCS-P

Experience:

5 Years of work experience in the medical profession of access HIM or billing.

SALARY RANGE

$24.84 to $36.52/hour
Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
