Job Summary

As a Site Supervisor at Built youll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.

Our Site Supervisors are responsible for the highly organised site delivery co-ordination of projects whilst achieving quality time OHS and industrial relations requirements

You will also supervise construction work during installation inspection testing and commissioning and ensure that work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.

This opportunity will commence on a high-profile data centre project in Western Sydney.

Here are the essentials youll need for this role:

Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering
At least 7-10 years experience working within the building and construction industry in roles precedent to Site Supervisor

Is a leader who demonstrates a preference for team building
Has the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
Is quality focused and can assess risk
Is prepared to question and consult
Ensures conflict is managed appropriately
Displays the ability to facilitate change and make decisions
Inspires and enthuses their team by empowering and trusting them to deliver
Basic contracts management knowledge

Shows initiative and adaptability
Exceptional time management planning and organisational skills
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and can easily build rapport
Is innovative and has the ability to solve problems
Strong people management and client management skills
