Role Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of roles with a strong focus on roofing sales and field operations. This position requires a proactive relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting commission-based or door-to-door sales professionals.
Youll work closely with our hiring managers regional leaders and HR team to ensure a consistent value-driven candidate experience because at Apple Roofing hiring the right people is the first step in building a sweeter experience.
What Youll Do:
- Source candidates through our ATS job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit for both skill and culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and communicate next steps to candidates.
- Keep ATS pipelines organized accurate and up to date.
- Represent Apple Roofings brand and values in every interaction providing clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding handoffs and documentation for new hires.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
- 13 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (construction roofing or sales recruiting preferred).
- Familiarity with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- A genuine passion for people connecting the right teammates to the right opportunities.
