LOCATION: Maple Grove MN (Hybrid)
SCHEDULE: 8am-4:30pm
PAY RANGE: $26.50/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities will include:
Utilize recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software. Engage resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function and eliminate non-value-added work. Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process. May contribute to the development of new concepts techniques and standards.
Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience education training skills knowledge abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
Prepare extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Manage/enter data in one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll Employee Data Compensation Benefits Learning and/or Recruitment.
Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1 year of recruiting experience
High volume recruiting manufacturing or direct labor experience is a preferred.
Preferred:
Associates or bachelors with focus in HR
