What youll do

Were growing rapidly in New Zealand - to maximise and capture the demand for our product were adding to our sales team. This will accelerate our growth deepen our engagement with our community of customers and prospects and help us set the foundations for a broader build-out of our sales team in 202. As an experienced sales professional youll be integral to our new business efforts across the NZ region working with cross functional teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy.

To make this happen you will:

  • Develop pipeline through your network cold outreach and through warm introductions and referrals.
  • Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature.
  • Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to opportunities either in person or online (3 user target market only)
  • Master the LEAP demonstration
  • Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
  • Work with our post sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients.
  • Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region.
  • Attend conferences roadshows exhibitions and events networking with existing clients and prospective clients within the legal sector.

What youll bring

  • Youre an experienced software seller adept at helping prospects to navigate complex competitive environments.
  • You understand people and how to communicate internally and externally. You know when to send an email and when to pick up the phone to drive an outcome and youre an expert at cold networking.
  • Youre an expert in your field bringing insight and expertise to help your prospects and partners to understand not only our proposition but the evolving landscape and market dynamics.
  • You have high attention to detail and can understand the specifics involved in a complex product and proposition
  • Youre able to solve complex problems and youre constantly considering the wider implications of a particular approach on different stakeholders.
  • Youre commercially minded and you know how to prioritise collective efforts to generate revenue.
