This role will report to the Portfolio Director of Corporate Sales NZ and will actively support sales performance for the CP hotels across New Zealand.
- Through effective advocacy and management of systems and processes administrator multi hotel corporate account RFP management and sales documents.
- Monitoring compliance of sales systems usage on a hotel and national portfolio level. Provide advice to the Portfolio Director of Corporate Sales leadership team to drive uptake and business advantage. Assist in training and coaching or ensure desktop training is delivered.
- In supporting the objectives of the Portfolio Commercial team understand the performance data and analytics functions to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful insights.
- Onboarding of new local accounts testing distribution and promotion of Loyalty.
- Preparations and coordination of presentations for the Portfolio Commercial team members as and when required.
- Co-ordination of monthly performance annualised and pipeline reporting of the corporate segment
- Support the Portfolio Director of Corporate Sales with data quality & reporting from the CRM ANAIS.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management or other relevant tertiary education.
- 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Salesforce.
- Experience using ANAIS and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously & self-motivated.
- Organised with ability to coordinate a number of projects.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with all stakeholders within the organisation.
