Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift Patterns

This role offers flexibility and variety with shifts including:

  • Days
  • Nights
  • Sleep-ins
  • Every other weekend

As a Support Worker no two days are ever the same and thats what makes this role so rewarding.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence
  • Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities
  • Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Promoting dignity respect and choice at all times

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Kind caring and compassionate
  • Patient understanding and empathetic
  • A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable flexible and committed
  • Willing to learn and complete ongoing training

Previous experience is welcome but not essential our comprehensive training programme will give you all the skills and confidence you need.
