Shift Patterns
This role offers flexibility and variety with shifts including:
- Days
- Nights
- Sleep-ins
- Every other weekend
About the Role
As a Support Worker no two days are ever the same and thats what makes this role so rewarding.

What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities
- Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Promoting dignity respect and choice at all times
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who is:
- Kind caring and compassionate
- Patient understanding and empathetic
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable flexible and committed
- Willing to learn and complete ongoing training
Previous experience is welcome but not essential our comprehensive training programme will give you all the skills and confidence you need.
