What youll do

• Supporting customers with daily tasks

• Customer group working to support those with a history of homelessness and at risk of rough sleeping.

• Encouraging independence and celebrating wins

• Creating a safe positive space where dignity and respect come first

• Working collaboratively to empower our customers

You have

• Passion to support our customers to live their best lives

• Experience of caring for others professionally or personally

• The ability to workon your own initiative stayingcalm and positive under pressure

• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible personal approach listening to understand their needs

• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits

• Working a rota pattern which consists of primarily late shifts and weekends.

• Ability to manage own diary

• Based at our Rushmoor Social Inclusion service in Aldershot

• We do get together regularly for training and team meetings

• You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)

• Great progression opportunities once in Home Group

• Free parking on site; good links with public transport
