Job Summary

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representatives responsibilities include generating potential leads soliciting potential customers facilitating sales and connecting customers with the right salesperson. To be a successful Sales Development Representative you should have excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

As a Sales & Business Development Representative youll:
  • Serve as a bridge between Marketing and Sales by generating qualifying and educating a continuous flow of new prospective customers
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to implement demand generation initiatives and follow up/nurture leads
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars; set meetings for conferences
  • Collect and track market intelligence for the Sales team organizing and categorizing sales lead information
  • Assist sales team in client collateral and sales meeting preparation
  • Assist in prospecting
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 1-2 years of business-related client-facing experience or background in sales marketing consulting media a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Exceeds goals successfully and constantly strives to be a top performer
  • Self-motivated and analytical
  • Ability to play a client-facing role and represent IAS in a professional manner
  • Highly motivated passionate and able to keep a positive attitude with a passion for growth
  • Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Experience working with or other CRM platforms
  • Prior experience with Inside Sales B2B Sales Lead Generation Prospecting

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off health insurance (medical dental vision) as well as PPO HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidates compensation package is based on multiple factors but not limited to geography experience skills job duties and business need.
