Youll lead a team of 4 sales professionals across print digital and specialty products. Youll carry your own accounts. Youll have a seat at the table with the Publisher. And youll help shape what local media looks like for the next decade.

Requirements

What Youll Do

Recruit train and lead a high-performing sales team
Maintain and grow your own book of business
Drive revenue across print (Daily Courier Chino Valley Review Smart Shopper) digital (928 Media ) special sections and specialty products
Build scalable sales processes and accountability systems
Hit team revenue targetsand individual sales goals

What You Bring

Proven media sales management experienceyouve led teams and have the numbers to prove it
Track record of personalsales success in print digital or multimedia
Ability to coachmotivate and hold a team accountable
CRM proficiency (we use Newspaper Managerwell train you on the specifics)

Compensation

Base salary: $65000 depending on experience
Commission structure based on team growth
