Job Summary
Are you interested in joining the world of international storage and distribution of bulk liquids tankers terminals aquaculture & LNG Stolt-Nielsens fast growing Global Shared Service Center is looking for a Cash Application Analyst.

What You Will Be Doing
The Cash Application Analyst will have to ensures service excellence internally and externally by delivering high quality standards of efficiency and quality expressing outstanding results for OTC process delivery covering Cash Application Adjustments AR Management and Terminal Invoicing. Additional duties will focus on customer queries divisional issue resolution and monitoring of Customer and Bank accounts. This person will be a key contributor within the O2C community and must have a deep understanding of AR process and key networks in order to drive process improvements and innovations.
Key Responsibilities.
- Perform transactional AR processes including account analysis reconciliation reporting and resolution of process-related queries.
- Maintain strong internal controls in compliance with Stolt-Nielsen policies IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements; flag and monitor control issues.
- Support internal and external audits ensuring audit-worthiness of assigned accounts and reports.
- Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders and act as back-up within the team when needed.
- Serve as the process expert for the assigned division keeping updated on process changes meeting KPIs/SLA and challenging current processes to recommend improvements.
- Participate in knowledge sharing provide training to new members and support projects aimed at enhancing systems and overall process efficiency
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in cash application and order-to-cash processes.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or any Finance-related course.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in creating and maintaining customer data including communicating credit terms to customers.
- Experience in managing collections customer accounts credit exposure invoice disputes and month-end reporting (e.g. AR aging reports highlighting overdue payments).
