From the warm ambiance to the exquisite dishes Marie embodies the vibrant French Riviera inviting guests into a world of exquisite taste.
What Youll Do
Support the kitchen leadership team in daily operations Actively participate in preparing and plating high-quality dishes Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service Help maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and safety Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements Share knowledge and skills with colleagues Assist in training and coaching junior team members Work closely with Head Chef Jop Schippers and the Sous Chef.
Who You Are
An ambitious and motivated chef with experience as a Senior Chef de Partie Passionate about cooking and eager to grow into a leadership role A natural team player who leads by example Someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Positive energetic and solution-oriented mindset Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues Flexible and willing to work evenings weekends and holidays You take pride in your work and inspire the people around you through your attitude and dedication.
Nice to Have
Experience in a brasserie or similar concept Interest in luxury hospitality Experience or interest in coaching and developing others Affinity with French cuisine or Mediterranean flavors.
