Change Analyst
About the Role:
The Change Analyst (CA) is a vital role responsible for driving successful change and communications across multiple complex IT projects within a major government program. This program is focused on modernising essential government operations by replacing outdated legacy systems and rolling out new applications.
These critical new systems will support core functions such as offence processing planning and scheduling and advanced data analytics and reporting services.
The CA will collaborate closely with Program and Project leadership technical teams and internal and external stakeholders (including other government agencies) to develop and execute change management plans.
The core objective is to ensure all users are fully engaged trained and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully adopt the new technology and revised business processes.

Mandatory Requirements:
8 years experience in change and communications management working on large projects or programs of work related to IT systems.

This contract is a 12-month initial contract. Located in Brisbane CBD with a Hybrid working arrangement (50% in the office)
