We are looking for a HVAC Engineering Coordinator who is equal parts creative problem-solver and technical wizard to join our fast-paced mechanical design team. As a HVAC Engineering Coordinator you will bring HVAC plumbing and sheet metal systems to life using AutoCAD and Revit working closely with our licensed professional engineers and project managers to produce high-quality construction documents that meet rigorous industry standards. From HVAC load calculations and hydronic design to coordinating multi-trade drawings and site visits you will play a key role in every stage of the design-build process.
You will also help maintain and evolve our design standards and CAD workflows ensuring every drawing that leaves our office meets the gold standard for precision compliance and clarity. Your work will support both our internal teams and external partners in delivering successful efficient projectson time and on spec.

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $62400 to $93200. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
