Job Summary
Self-Direction DSP Bridgeport Area (Job #SE-RJ)
Arise Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide Self Hired Community services to a young man in the Bridgeport area. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff Monday- Thursday. 4 pm-- 8pm. Additional hours are available. The hours are dependent on the individuals needs. Responsibilities may include supporting the individual in the community as needed assisting with preparing meals and making connections in the community and Transportation to desired events.
We are looking for applicants who are reliable and caring. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities a plus but not a requirement. Reliable transportation drivers license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
The pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Arise/ EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer
