We are looking for:

As a Refining and Petrochemical Process Optimization Engineer or what we call an Implementation Engineer (IE) you will analyze process data evaluate and shape AIdriven optimization models and collaborate closely with plant personnel to solve complex operational challenges. Youll become a trusted technical partner who helps clients understand adopt and benefit from Imubits technology.

As your experience deepens and based on interest and performance you may choose to evolve toward the Solution Manager (SM) path owning strategic customer alignment value delivery and crossfunctional execution.

In this position you will:

• Apply your Chemical Engineering knowledge to Imubits machine learning technology to continuously optimize live manufacturing processes.
• Engage directly with plant engineers operations and controls teams to understand sitespecific constraints opportunities and economic drivers.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the customers process to position yourself as a credible trusted advisor to plant operators engineers and management.
• Demonstrate and explain Imubits technology to clients and train them to utilize it.
• Support commissioning activities and present model results insights and economic value.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable inputs for Product and R&D.

Optional Growth Path: Solution Manager Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Executive to align on customer success criteria and execute longterm account strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal teams to deliver sustained optimization value.
• Continuously recalibrate with customer stakeholders to maintain alignment track progress and surface obstacles.
• Plan and lead major customer meetings such as kickoffs design reviews and commissioning sessions.
• Identify opportunities for expanded use cases incremental value and sitewide adoption of Imubit technology.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of industry engineering experience (refining petrochemical NGL/ethanol etc.).
• BSc in Chemical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Background in chemical engineering or process engineering.
• Ability to travel to client sites 15%-30%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Client-facing experience.
• Process engineer with process control and/or planning and economics experience.
• Has a proven record of improving plant optimization implementing plant optimization solutions with little to no capital expenditure.
• Has worked extensively with plant operations personnel.
• Has successfully led projects and implementations managing project relationships from a technical standpoint.
• Has experience working with time-series data within recent work experience and knows how to visualize and analyze large volumes of data and make logical decisions.
• Ability to educate customers and build confidence in customers about highly technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Has proven to take on new technologies and apply them at the plant level to extract operational value (revenue reliability etc.).
• Has vision to see that there is a significant opportunity to improve how plants are optimized today. Is ready to tackle this problem head-on and educate others within the industry.
• Is highly resourceful and is able to solve problems using a limited toolset when required.
• Is able to learn at an exponential rate educating the market and customers on a complex concept.
• Highly motivated to take on tough challenges and skeptics with a positive attitude.
• Vendorside or consulting customerfacing experience.
