Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our IT this role youll get to leverage your technical skills business insight and user-oriented mentality to develop implement and maintain the network infrastructure that Velti uses to stay connected. You will also be responsible for ensuring our networks integrate with our partners and customers while strategizing expansion projects to keep us ahead of our growth.

As a Senior IT Network Engineer you will:

Acquire customer distress calls (internal and external) troubleshoot and resolve networking issues
Collaborating with IT Customer Support Operations Development and Project Management teams on all needed technologies and processes
Monitor and maintain acceptable system/service availability and performance
Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions
Maintain system security policies
Building deploying and maintaining network and security infrastructure and various applications at both our hosted and office sites
Set up Configuration and Maintenance of:
- Internal and external networks and network topologies for security scalability performanceandavailability in accordance with business requirements product strategies and budget limitations
- All systems applications security and network configurations in a global environment including network equipment (switches routers firewallsandwireless access points)
- Recommend upgrades patches and new applications and equipment
Taking the lead role on implementation projects from beginning to end
Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers
Select and implement security tools policies and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team

You should be able to demonstrate yourservice orientedat least 3-5 years of operational experience in the most of the below technical skills areas:

IPSec VPNs
Routers (Cisco 39xx)
Firewalls (Cisco ASA)
Switches (Cisco 26xx 29xx 35xx 39xx)
Wireless controller configuration (Cisco 55xx)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experiencewithinthe networking industry
You need to possess BSc TEI IEK or similar computer/engineering degree
CCNA or Higher Cisco Certification (CCNP CCIE CCVP CCSE) is considered as a plus
