Position Highlights

Responsible for the design and the user experience of various web applications. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our Product Owners and developers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

Main responsibilities:

Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitively and experience
Communicate with clients and Product Owners to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solutions
Combine creativity with awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing

Main requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role of designing digital products
Experience creating wireframes prototypes storyboards user flows.
Experience with design and organization tools such as Sketch/Figma/Adobe CC
Experience working with engineering teams to develop designs that align with technical realities
Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Presentation and facilitation skills to clearly communicate design decisions and influence business process owners and stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency with selecting appropriate UI patterns and applying UCD methodologies to effectively solve design problems
