- Manage the maintenance aspects of facility operations
- Participate in budget planning and manage allocated funds for maintenance activities
- Ensure facilities adhere to safety environmental and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for facilityrelated incidents
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Experience with budget management
