Your role:
The CAD / CMMS Systems Operator is responsible for updating and / or creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This role will also interact with FSIs leading Healthcare CMMS application to support processes for FSIs suite floor plan driven software modules.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and revise detailed CAD drawings based on sketchesand verbal instructions.
- Collaborate withManager andImplementationProject Managersto ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards company procedures and applicable codes.
- Perform quality checks on drawings toidentifyand correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Learn and work inthe CMMS systemandmodules CMSViewand Space Manager to understandprocesses.
- Using internal tools to run processes that create final productsfor the projects.
- Working withPDFsDXFs to load in our internal toolsfor the CMS View and Space Manager final product.
- May travel foronsitesurveys.
- Professional and customer service focus
- Strong communicationskills with Management TeamLeadand team members.
- Proficientin AutoCAD2026software.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Outlook Word Excel etc.
- Familiarity of Revit
- Some knowledge of AI CoPilot ChatGPT
- Knowledge of project management software or document control systems.
- Associate degree or certification in Drafting CAD Technology orrelevantexperience.
- Proficiencyin CAD software such as AutoCADAdobe AcrobatPhotoshopor similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and conventions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
This is a remote position with occasional site visits depending on project needs.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role will be determined based on relevant experience qualifications and work location. The expected salary range is $50000 to $60000.
