Oshkosh Delivery is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical troubleshooting expertise outstanding communication skills and a strong passion for developing others. This role is responsible for designing and delivering advanced technical training managing and maintaining technical knowledge resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all training materials are accurate current and effective.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
Design develop and lead technical training programs to support production and maintenance teams.
Deliver comprehensive First Aid CPR AED and Bloodborne Pathogen training sessions.
Conduct automotive electrical training including practical hands-on evaluations.
Lead Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) safety and authorized technician certification training.
Facilitate required OSHA compliance training for authorized personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automotive manufacturing industrial maintenance or automotive repair.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Strong knowledge of safe work practices with proven ability to train others to established standards.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in engineering specialized technology or a related technical discipline.
Automotive industry certifications such as ASE or manufacturer-specific credentials preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical electrical and other systems used in automotive manufacturing.
Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing professional development.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position involves a combination of office-based responsibilities and hands-on activities within the production environment.
In the office setting duties may include extended computer use prolonged periods of sitting and participation in meetings and planning sessions.
The production environment is a climate-controlled operational automotive assembly area that supports daily manufacturing activities.
The role includes public speaking responsibilities including leading training sessions and conducting employee certifications.

Pay Range:
$63500.00 - $101700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
