Project Coordinator Grant Position $42/hr-16 hours/week Part-Time. Remote with occasional in-person requests. Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the collaboration between Auburn Public Schools Lewiston Public Schools and Lisbon School Department managing and coordinating our Food System Innovation Grant. An ideal candidate will work harmoniously with school staff local farms and various partners involved with the project. Additionally will be the focal point of communication keeping all parties engaged throughout the course of the grant and monitor the progress and outcomes of budgeted projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external Coordinator opportunities to include more partners in our Food System Innovation Grant increasing the projects ability. on a leadership role in developing a sustainable ordering system between schools and local farms using feedback gathered. compliance with grant guidelines requirements and and maintain relationships with grantors foundations and other funding sources serving as a liaison between all applicable stakeholders. the progress and outcomes of budgeted projects and provide regular progress reports to with partners to ensure effective implementation of funded projects are completed with sustainability in mind. and track qualitative and quantitative measurements with assistance from all organizations involved with the grant to gauge overall evaluation of project successes. regular reviews of grant-funded programs to assess effectiveness and impact.9. Oversee the School Based Food Hub Social Media solicit information from local farms involved with the grant process and track potential avenues for project all reporting and evaluation requirements throughout the duration of the grant in the required format determined by the granting agency. the details of internal procedures initiated through the grant process to create a school food hub toolkit specific to miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
