Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the mission of delivering exceptional client management and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50000 - $58000 annually
- 401(k): Yes
- Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service advocacy and professional communication.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Valid drivers license and insurance (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
- Self-motivated driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
