FT and PT Resident Assistant, PCA, NAR AMsPMs

Lyngblomstens NEW Lino Lakes campus is located at the corner of Hodgson Road and County Road J the campus will feature 20 detached rental townhomes; a multi-level senior living building with 96 independent living apartments 35 assisted living apartments and 17 memory care apartments; and an array of indoor and outdoor amenities including a fitness center with warm water pool restaurant and pub chapel courtyard community garden walking trails and pickleball court.

Lyngblomsten is looking for full-time and part-time Resident Assistant to start our New Assisted Living facility.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is$17.50 to $21.64 (additional if Certified). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors such as FTE skills knowledge relevant education experience and market conditions. Additionally our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Responsibilities:

• Observation of the residents condition and communicating changes to the nurse.
• Bathing oral hygiene dressing feeding walking and other appropriate rehabilitation measures as assigned.
• Vital signsappropriate application and use of safety devices.
• Attending to various resident needs ie: toileting preventive skin care and maintaining nutrition and hydration.
• Responds to residents call lights promptly.
• Documents care as assigned.
• Furthers own knowledge and skills by attending staff meetings and in-service presentations.
• Other duties within the scope of training as assigned by a team leader including activities with residents.
• Meets standards for NA/R performance.
• Shift is 6:30am-2:30pm.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates an ability and sincere desire to work with the geriatric resident by showing a sense of responsibility moral integrity and common sense.
• Must be able to understand and follow oral and/or written directions.
• Individuals must be at least 18 years of age.
