Job Summary

Job Title: Junior Python Developer

Location: New York Charlotte Atlanta (Day One Onsite)

Duration: Long term

Must Have:

Python
AWS / cloud integration
CICD
React / web-based UI development
Streaming / queues

Java Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web-based UIs using React and Python (Flask/FastAPI).
Build and maintain real-time data integrations using Kafka and message queues.
Develop backend services and APIs with Python for risk data processing.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services (Lambda ECS S3 etc.).
Collaborate with Banks risk and compliance teams to deliver scalable secure solutions.
Apply strong software engineering principles including modular design testing and CI/CD.
Participate in hands-on coding peer reviews and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills:

5 6 years of experience in Python and React.
Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of Java.
Experience with Kafka MQ and real-time data streaming.
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and system design.
Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation.
Proven track record of delivering hands-on coding projects in production environments.
Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt to evolving tech stacks.
