Position Overview

The RN Manager Operating Room is responsible for the overall management leadership and operational direction of one or multiple patient care units within Nursing Services. This role ensures high-quality clinical operations aligned with the organizations mission values and patient-centered philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned OR units
Ensure quality patient care delivery consistent with organizational standards
Guide clinical teams manage daily operations and support staff development
Drive performance improvement patient safety and optimal workflow
Align unit operations with organizational mission vision and values

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
Active Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
AHA BLS Certification (upon hire)
Recent first-line management or supervisory experience
Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in the Operating Room

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Nursing or related field
CNOR Certification
