As a member of our team youll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks including real estate purchase and sale agreements leasing financing options special purpose and serial entity formation operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate disputes.
