On-site in Wilmington Delaware work closely with attorneys and clients in a market-leading commercial litigation hub.

Job Description
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda
- Manage discovery including document review depositions and expert coordination
- Appear in Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Division matters
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases
- Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Contribute strategically to case development and litigation planning
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Delaware
- 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Superior Court Complex Commercial Division
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
- Large law firm or judicial clerkship experience is a plus
