At Even were on a mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible for everyone. As we grow were looking for a Junior IT Administrator to help keep our systems devices and teammates running smoothly every day.

What youll do:

Support our team with day-to-day laptop and software issues
Help with device setup configuration and basic troubleshooting
Assist in implementing security measures like device management and endpoint protection
Manage inventory of laptops accessories licenses and tools
Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records
Work closely with our IT Manager to learn and grow on the job

What were looking for:

02 years of experience in an IT support/IT admin role (or an internship in a similar space)
Freshers with relevant degrees (Computer Science IT etc.) are welcome
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Curious proactive and excited to learn
Basic understanding of Windows/Mac troubleshooting is a plus
