Job Summary

Profile:Accountant-IT-Surat-35k

Experience:2 to 2.5 years of accounting experience

Salary Range: 30k TO 35k

Roles:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books
Handle Tally to Zoho Books data migration (if required)
Perform monthly bank & ledger reconciliations
Manage GST computation and return filing
Handle TDS entries deductions and filings
Manage Professional Tax (PT) and Form 16
Coordinate payroll inputs and share PF & ESIC data with vendors
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
Support month-end and year-end closing
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
Coordinate and assist in internal & external audits
Verify petty cash and employee expense claims

Qualification:

Has already worked on Zoho Books
Has experience migrating data from Tally to Zoho Books
Has handled at least one full financial year (April-March)
Knows GST TDS PT PF ESIC
Has worked in an IT / software company (preferred)
Is careful detail-oriented and responsible
