We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work aligned with US Eastern Time focused on direct clients in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role involves outbound prospecting E-Mail/LinkedIn outreach and online meetings to build pipeline convert opportunities and grow existing accounts.
What youll do:
- Drive new business and nurture existing BFSI client relationships.
- Conduct calls emails and demos to qualify prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular forecasts.
- Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
What were looking for:
- 13 years of inside sales/business development experience preferably in BFSI.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a targetdriven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce etc.).
- Prior exposure to recruitment HR tech SaaS or BFSI solutions is a plus.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with US or global clients and comfort working fully aligned to US Eastern Time.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
