The Opportunity
Our esteemed client a reputable securities firm in Vietnam is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead market research develop new products and refine business policies. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure product competitiveness regulatory compliance and smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Customer Research:
- Analyze market trends investor behavior and legal updates.
- Identify competitive advantages and new product opportunities.
- Product Development:
- Propose product ideas and strategies.
- Draft product documents and manage development tasks.
- Coordinate with related departments and partners.
- Build workflows guidelines and system documents.
- Project Management: Monitor timelines quality and resolve issues.
- Product Testing & Evaluation:
- Conduct product testing before launch.
- Analyze feedback and product performance.
- Training & Support: Train internal teams and provide product materials.
Key Requirements
- 23 years of experience at the same position at securities companies.
- Ability to develop new products and new business policies.
- Experience in building sales processes and managing KPIs for brokerage teams.
