Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full electrical design cycle for SPMs including control panel design schematics wiring layouts and cable routing.
* Review and approve electrical designs ensuring compliance with IEC UL CE and other international standards.
* Work closely with mechanical controls software and manufacturing teams for seamless integration.
* Mentor and guide electrical engineers/designers; provide technical support and performance feedback.
* Select components such as PLCs drives HMIs sensors and safety devices based on application and cost.
* Coordinate with vendors panel builders and field teams for fabrication assembly and wiring quality assurance.
* Lead FAT/SAT manage on-site commissioning and resolve electrical issues during testing and production ramp-up.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOMs as-built drawings risk assessments and change logs.
* Optimize designs for performance reliability safety and cost reduction.
* Implement new tools technologies and engineering process improvements to enhance productivity.
