Job Summary
Job Description – Packing Department (Hyderabad)
Location
Hyderabad India
Qualification
- Diploma or Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Tube Filling & Lotion/ Foam Filling (Aerosol):
- Perform changeovers and run automatic tube filling machines.
- Operate Lotion Filling Machine Foam Filling Machine (Aerosol) and Cartonator with SCADA system.
- Meter Dose Inhaler (MDI):
- Operate MDI packing lines and perform changeovers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of inhaler filling machines with adherence to GMP standards.
- Secondary Packing:
- Execute secondary packing operations for derma and pharma products.
- Operate IMA PG/IWK Cartonator Track & Trace systems Labelling Induction Sealing and Checkweigher.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with SOPs.
- Primary & Secondary Packing (Creams Ointments Lotions Foams Derma Products):
- Oversee and operate primary & secondary packing lines.
- Manage labelling and track & trace systems.
- Supervise packing staff and coordinate with production/QA teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with tube filling lotion/foam filling and inhaler packing machines.
- Proficiency in operating cartonators track & trace systems labelling induction sealing and checkweighing.
- Knowledge of SCADA-based operations.
- Strong understanding of GMP SOPs and pharma/derma product handling.
- Leadership and team management skills (for Executive/Sr. Executive level).
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain efficiency.
